The ANIOS Board, also called CCE - Comitato Centrale Esecutivo - is the executive body of the Association and is elected by the associated members during the National Congress which takes place every three years.
It consists of five members: the National President, the Vice President, National Treasurer, the Secretary and a Board Member.
The last Board was elected in June 15, 2016 and consists of:

- Francesca Malaspina Vice President
- Egisto Zanca Treasurer
- Genny Conte Secretary
- Paola Bonifazi Board Member
